	The Catalogue

The Catalogue provides you with access to all of the products that are available at CyberSkills. These may be training courses or software products. You may work your way through the catalogue to find the area that you are interested in.

Course & Product Specifications

These provide you with all the information you will require about a course or product.

All of the Course Specifications will describe who the course is aimed at, the content and the objectives of the course.

In the case of classroom based courses, the specification will provide a series of start dates and the locations of the courses. You will need to select the start date and the location that suits you the most. By making this selection you will enter the product information page.

In the case of Online Courses there will be no start dates evident because you may start at any time. You will, however, be able to select the Product Interest Form.

Product Interest Form

When you select the product interest form from one of the specifications (by either selecting a date or clicking on the Product Interest form), fill out the form putting your e-mail address or telephone number in order that one of our sales people may contact you about your interest.

Paying for Products

Once you talk to one of sales staff you may pay for the product or course over the telephone.

Access to Online Courses

Once you have paid for an Online Training Course the payment has to be processed. You will receive your self-paced learning materials and that particular course will become available to you within your Training Portfolio.
