Our Online Training Course provides you with access to our Training
Tutors. They are there to help you with specific problems you may have
while working through your self paced learning material. In addition
you may 'chat' with other students on the same course, or post and read
messages on the course bulletin board.
In our latest version we have included some additional finctionality such as:

Course Tutors
Within the classroom home page you will see the tutor that has been assigned
to support the course. You will be able to converse with the tutor
using our chat facility. Alternatively, we have provided you with the tutors e-mail address for
you to send information directly.

Classroom Chat
You will notice a set of controls at the top of the page, which allow you to take
part, this is the "posting" area. Below is the "Read" area where the messages appear.
The Chat session that you enter from the classroom will be
specific to that particular course.
The controls are as follows:
Freeze |
Prevents the screen from updating. |
Update |
View the latest messages (especially if chat has been frozen). |
Post |
Select this ICON once you have tyed in your message in the text area. |
Quit |
Leave the 'Chat' area and return to the classroom home page. |

Classroom Bulletin Board
Keep an eye on the board for the latest assignments that you have to
complete to move onto the next part of the course, or read messages
from the tutors or even post messages yourself for other students and
the tutor to read.

Course Notes
Within some of the classrooms there will be additional course notes or
even course material. The material will be specific to the
classroom you are in.

Navigating Back
To get back to your Training Portfolio you may either toggle back to the other
browser window or use the Close ICON in the top right hand side of the window.
